During the second quarter of 2025, the performance of top tools apps on the Android platform in Nigeria showed varied trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. The following insights are based on data from Sensor Tower.

NordVPN – fast VPN for privacy experienced a significant rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $7.8K by the end of June. Downloads increased steadily, culminating in over 10K in the final week, while active users surged from 64.9K to over 83K.

Mysterium VPN: Fast & Secure saw its weekly revenue grow to nearly $5.9K by the quarter's end. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to 2.7K in late June, while active users decreased from 24.4K to around 17.1K.
